G ood Reading enables people to understand different perspectives and feelings of other people, become more flexible and open-minded and be quicker in comprehending, analyzing, understanding and responding. Good Writing structures and crystallizes one’s thoughts. Undoubtedly, clear and persuasive writing paves way to success in the professional world. Finally, Good speaking skills form the basis for effective communication. Professing good oratory skills makes one to express his feelings, ideas and assert his rights while respecting the feelings and rights of others, thereby reducing the level of interpersonal conflicts.
With these facts in mind, literature club was formed to develop and enhance students' soft skills. The Literary Club offers student writers an opportunity to develop their interest and abilities in creative and persuasive writing. The club provides an online literary magazine that showcases the works of contributing student writers. The works can encompass the full multitude of literature genre --from eerie prophetic science fictions to witty ballads and poignant poems. The Club seeks to channel members' creativity and, prune their talent hopefully producing many literary accomplishments in its wake. "He, who has imagination without learning, has wings and no feet. Reading in between the lines of the proverb , the club's deeper goal is to improve and hone students' Diction ,vocabulary, English speaking , writing and reading competencies by providing fun-filled effective exercises ,events and activities for the same.
